Services

EMBdigitized offers customized services which are important to have a review of your artwork. The review should include checking the colors, the spelling, and the quality of the print as well as the placement of elements. It is a compulsion to check all of your idea checkpoints so that you ensure that the design and the end product are according to your requirements. It is also a must to check for any errors before the production process so that they can be sorted out well.
Customers should review with care as the first sew-out or vectorization test will be run before performing the digitizing final embroidery or vectorization process. EMBdigitized will not be held responsible for any kind of inconsistencies or damages after or during the vectorized process or file. The license or permission from the customers will also be taken as the Nation Logos is subjected to such. EMBdigitized will not be accountable for any kind of misusage of a logo or any kind of design as well.

Payment Terms

The invoice/bill of our customers will be formulated when the order service is placed and completed. The orders will have a bill according to the price which is quoted. If the quote was not requested by the customer, then it will be done on the basis of the services as per the prices kept. There will be prices that will be added for special additional requirements.
Higher volume-based orders will mainly include special prices from us. Customers will be informed about the pricing and the strategy used. EMBdigitized accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover debit or credit cards for conducting payments. Multiple sizes

Any design which includes two different sizes will have their own pricing. That is because it will have to be digitized twice hence, price will be charge for each.

Design detail

Ensure that all of the details of the design that you have entered is correct. We will not be held responsible for any errors that appear later. Hence, take a quick read of all your details before you submit.

Design editing

There will be a fee of any kind of significant editing. This will be decided by EMBdigitized. However, any kind of minor editing such as changing the colour or the design machine format is free.

Turnaround

The usual and standard delivery time takes about 24 hours. If you want it quicker, then our quick delivery responds within 3 to 4 hours after payment.

Modification

The information on the website is prone to change from time to time. The content will be changed without giving you any notice before or after the end result.

Limitation of liability

EMBdigitized ensures to keep all of the information and services that we provide are authentic and accurate and are delivered on time to our customers. It is to be taken notice that the final responsibility is in the hands of the customer or buyer. EMBdigitized will not be held responsible for any issues or problems that arise after the order process including delay and/or any sort of inaccuracy.

Copyright

All of the artwork which includes the vectorized and digitized form at EMBdigitized is included but does not limit to the images, layout, themes, designs, texts, and other graphics exclusively owned by EMBdigitized and licensed as well. The redistribution, selling as well as the reproduction of the entire design or of its parts is strictly prohibited. There will be strict and serious action taken if there is seen any selling or reproduction.

Return, refund, and exchange policy

EMBdigitized ensures maximum satisfaction of customers however, Due to the nature of the digital product we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or refunds after reaching the 7 days period. EMBdigitized offers a money guarantee within 7 days of the order being delivered to our customer with a valid reason.

Shipping and delivery

All of the orders from EMBdigitized will be delivered using email or any other digital platform. No order will be delivered physically to any postal address except custom embroidered patches. All of our orders will be deliver through electronic means via email. There will be a digitized or vectorized file that will be sent to customers. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the customer to input their valid and authentic working email so that there are no mishaps for contacting purposes as well as for delivery purposes.
