The basic digitizing rates include $14.9 which is a flat rate and it will be obtained under 5 inches or under 10,000 stitches. Higher than 10,000 stitches will be $1.49 per thousand stitches.
[Note:] there will be no extra or hidden charges for sew-out and minor editing. Basic vectorization rates include $10 to $75. It depends on the complex image given.

CND, CSD, DSB, DST, DSZ, EMB, EMT, EXP, HUS, JEF, KSM, PCD, PCQ, PCS, PEC, PES, SEW, T01, T03, T04, T05, T09, TAP, and XXX.
If not used for any of these, we will use the DST format for the digitized file. We send a sew out image through email to approve the image before we send the real digitized file.

We have a good turnaround time which is between 2 to 12 hours after you place the order. You can also choose our speedy delivery option for rush orders which will speed up the turnaround time to 1 to 8 hours.

You can make changes to the existing digitized files.

If the revisions are simple then we do not have any charges. However, if it is complex then we do charge a fee which depends on the situation and the request for the change.

Complex designs when given takes longer than the normal designs when submitted. However, we always tell our customers.

Yes, you can add only letters to your digitized logo as well.

Yes, you can ask for minimal variations for your digitized embroidery designs.

Yes, only if there is no test stitching or editing involved for the additional sizes then you are allowed to request one additional size change which will cost no charge. However, other additional size requests will have charges on them.

You can download the designs by going to your account, clicking on list management, and then ordering the list. After clicking on the download option, your file will be downloaded.
